EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that due to COVID-19, we have implemented the following Return and Exchange policy. Effective, November 1, 2022, we will no longer allow return or exchanges to ensure quality health and the safety of our customers. We thank you for your humble understanding regarding this matter. In an effort to keep our current return policy, please read the product description to ensure you're ordering the correct size. 'RETURN TO SENDER'  

Packages that are 'returned to sender' due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs. 

 

TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T HAVE MY ORDER WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact your local USPS post office providing your tracking details. If your package is confirmed as lost or stolen, please initiate a Lost/Stolen package claim with UPS/USPS. We will not replace UPS/USPS confirming package(s) delivery. 

 

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it. Please review your order very carefully prior to finalizing your order. No refunds will  be given, only store credit.

 

ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES 

All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Priority orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days to ship. Please contact us at hello.melanieannsboutique.com or 469-759-6523 for any questions or concerns. 

Items Not Available for Expedited Shipping: Pre-Orders: Guests are alerted that the item is a preorder and will have a later ship date in the item description on the ecommerce site. If the customer is purchasing in stock items with a preordered item, the order will not ship out until the entire order is ready to ship. Restock Items: Orders may not be eligible for expedited shipping if the product is a restock and still in transit to the warehouse. Partial Payments: Orders with partial payment will be held until full payment has been received.

DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS 

If you have received a damaged item from your order, Please contact us at hello.melanieannsboutique.com or 469-759-6523 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the damage. Our quality team will review the damage and assist with the best resolution.
